Hey Guys
I am currently doing network security diploma (1 year duration). Please advise when should I apply for PGWP and for how long will I get it?

Do I need to have a full time job offer before applying for pgwp?

You dont need a job offer to apply for PGWP.....
You have to make sure you apply before your study permit expires
Since you are going for 1 year program, your PGWP will be one year

To add to this as well as applying whilst permit is still valid the OP must apply within 90 days of graduating/completing their course. From the time the OP applies for the PGWP they can start working in any job under implied status pending a decision on the PGWP. Obviously would be of benefit later if thinking about PR to aim for a job classified as NOC 0,A or B.
