Hello Everyone, hope you are doing good!
I have a question,
I graduated on 25 June 2019 and got my completion letter same day. I applied for pgwp on july 2,2019 and got the confirmation email from cic. I think now it will take approx. 90 days for the final decision. and my study permit will expire on 30 July 2019.
my questions are:
1: can I work full time while waiting for the decision even tough the study permit will expire?
2: do I need to apply for temporary residence visa to stay in Canada after the study permit expire?
Thanks in advance for any help
have a nice day everyone....

1. Yes, if u applied before study permit expiry you can work full time until decision is made.

2. No, you are on implied work permit i.e you have all rights as someone with an open work permit until you get a response.

Good info about this as I am also thinking about this question. My student visa will expire on Aug 31, 2019. Right now, I am doing my Intersession class (my last semester) and will end on Aug 16, 2019. What would be a good advice on this?

Thank you in advance.
