I recently graduated from university and moved back to my home country soon after the convocation ceremony due to family reasons. While I will not be able to come back and work in Canada in the upcoming months I do plan on coming back in a year or so.
I've been told that I am able to apply for the post gradute working permit outside of Canada as long as I applied within the given 90 days. However I've run into a small problem when filling in the IMM5710E application. I don't live in Canada anymore, yet I can't change the current country residence and mailing address to another country! I've tried highlighting the fields, but they appear to be greyed out. Used another adobe pdf viewer, nothing. Clearing the form doesn't help either. Not sure if I have to print the form or that I was supposed to only apply in Canada.
