Just looking to get some clarity on the steps I need to take it submit my PR application. Here is the gist of it all.
*I have a Masters in Social Work (from the states),
* I completed a 2 year post grad program in canada and received my 3 year post grad work permit.
*I work as a Program Manager / Social Worker for a Non-profit organization who is happy to provide a letter stating that they will hire me once my PR is approved (been with them for 6+ months)
Now, I am a bit confused about the HRDC and the need to provide a confirmed labour market opinion prior to even applying.
Is this needed if I already have a job? Do I need to be working 1 year before applying?
Do I fall under the category of exempt arranged employment opinion?
