hi, I recently graduated with a general MBA in the USA and was looking to have more specialization. I saw a post graduate diploma in real estate, fitting what I want to do. is there any chance that I will get the study permit considering my master degree?

Others can comment as well but without knowing your US status is the same/ similar course not available in the US ?

Also not knowing anything about the course prospectus would have thought it is focussed on the Canadian real estate processes so maybe difficult to justify a study permit from outside Canada. Even more so with a masters already, the case for approval would likely have to be pretty convincing about how such a course helps your prospects in your home country.
