POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN VANCOUVER OR TORONTO??? HELP ME

Hello everybody
Im trying to find a good but not so expensive college or university in toronto or vancouver
Somebody know which one is good??

I wanna study and after get a permit work and then i wish i can get the permit residence.. IT IS POSSIBLE??

If you main motive is Permanent Residency and spending less on fees. Then go for Saskatchewan or Manitoba.

But if you thinking between Toronto and Vancouver.
I will suggest Toronto , Better chances of getting part-time while studying, And then you can move to other province.
