Post Graduate Certificate from York University

Hi,

I am 32 years old and planning to do Post Graduate Certificate from York University, Canada. I have already done a bachelor's and have more than 7 years of experience in my work. Do you think doing a Post Graduate Certificate for 1 year can help me get PR? Or there is no point of doing 1 year post-graduate certificate. Or should only 2 years.

I have previously achieved CLB 9 but a Pandemic happened and all go wasted. Is there any way this post-graduate thing will work or not?
