i just realized i was helping my friend apply for post graduate work permit and we forgot to add her email address in the application form ..how will she get any correspondence now from cic? is there a way to fix this issue?

if you had applied online, the email Id linked to your account should keep you posted on the updates .Check for any new message in the CIC account of the submitted application on regular basis to keep yourself safe of any additional documents requested.
