Hello!

I’d like some help on getting a PGWP because I’m in a bit of a sticky situation and I’m not sure what to do. I enrolled in my school in 2013 and i graduated in the beginning of the month (May 2020) and I’ve been waiting for apply for PGWP, but I recently found out from my school advisor that our school full-time credit is 12 (I found a PDF document from my school saying their full time credit is 9, but then today i did some googling again and i found another PDF document that says 12 so I’m really confused).

I also had to take a lesser amount of credits due to my mental capability, being dyslexic, and having ADHD. That’s why it took me 7 years to finish my 4 year program. I’ve also been here since 2010 and went to high school (if this info helps at all) My school advisor also mentioned this in the email “if you have semesters throughout your degree program that are part-time, it does not necessarily mean you won’t be eligible but that you may need to include a letter of explanation with your application.”

Any comments or suggestions or just any thoughts on my situation will really be appreciate it because i just don’t know what else I can do at this point.

Thanks!
J

You can attach proof of your diagnoses. Very hard to comment on whether you will get PGWP. Were you working during your studies?

Ahh. The thing is I was diagnosed over 10 years ago so I dont have the diagnoses now..

And no I’ve never had a job before, also due to my inability to handle more things other than what i had going on when i had school

If anyone got anymore comments or suggestions please let me know! I'm still gathering info on what i should do and my study permit expires on July 31st..
Thanks!
