I will be uploading documents and applying through e-apr this weekend and i just have 2 questions.

Will post application notifications be sent to my CIC account or do I have to look elsewhere for these updates.

Also is their a website or external source where I can track the status of my application?

You will have to check your online account as well as your registered e-mail for any updates. CIC agents are unpredictable, sometimes they update your account and sends e-mail also, sometimes just online updation. Check both atleast once a week.

they will send updates to your email address.

As you are in the final stage just my 5 cents

Make sure to brainstorm & give well-thought education,personal & work history.(you may even take screenshots)

Do check for common mistake threads for rejection to avoid them yourself.
