My Status has been changed to "In Process", I hope i will get the request for Medicals soon.
But i need some information about the possible additional documents request.
Here is my Case, We stayed in Canada for almost 18 months and after finishing one year we applied for FSW-3 and sent the full set of documents to Buffalo office in Dec 2009, We are back in India in end of Dec2009 since my contract was finished, even though i had a valid work permit till May 2010.
On May 2010 the documents was transfered to Newyork office. On Jun 16 2010 . the online status has been changed to "In process"
Please seniors, experienced person let me know what are the possible additional documents i can expect for my situation. So that i can be prepared.
