Whats your CRS score? Your best bet would be SINP Occupational in demand. It has the most relaxed requirements of all and looking at your profile, you are very well qualified. Dont wait too long as these streams are expected to open anytime soon.

Whats your profession? Some NOCs are broad in context so you might qualify under one.

I see what you mean. BTW have you explored Nova Scotia programs, specifically category b without job offer.

Review its NOC list if you fit in one of those.

Here is an excerpt from the eligibility section. If you think, you satisfy the criteria, then go ahead and prepare buddy. AGain, I am not an immigration expert so I am sure you will use your best discretion.

To apply under Category B, you must:

have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in one of our target occupations;
have a Canadian high school credential or equivalent;
prove language ability in English or French at Canadian Language Benchmark 7;
score 67 points or more on the stream’s six selection factors;
show enough financial resources to successfully settle in Nova Scotia;
have a profile registered in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Express Entry system.

Hi all,

I have a question related to education, I would be really appreciate if someone give me some input on it.

I've done 3 years diploma after matriculation (10th standard)
And 2 years B.tech in Mechanical after 3 years diploma

So my question is how points will I get for education, if I apply for SINP occupation in demand category.

And I've 3 years experience as motor mechanic and 5.5 years experience as a workshops controller. Motor mechanic is in occupation in demand list but not workshop controller.
Can I claim both experiences or the one as a motor mechanic?

Take 3 years diploma's first 2 years as Higher Sec. 12th.
Diploma's 3rd year and 2 years B.E. together , do graduation show. Then you can get 20 points for Education.
NOC 7321 is in SINP occupation in demand list. You can claim as a Machen only. Workshop manager is useless.

It would be okay to do some tricks; some alterations in Reference letter and show the whole experience to the Mechanic.

Thanks for your reply ashuindian
Is there any other occupation where I can claim point as supervisor? Id you've know.
