Hi. I am hoping you can enlighten me with this, I am planning to apply for PR through HCCP for caregivers. My common law partner which is under TFWP has been previously married. He didn't declare on his initial landing that he got married 2 months before landing. I haven't submitted my PR yet since I am very concerned about this. I have heard about sending a letter of explanation but I am not sure where to send it.
