possibility to get imigration visa for visual artists and tattoo artists

Hello, i am artist painter specialized in portraiying, and now tattoo artist as well. My cityzentship is Macedonian (now North Macedonia) but curently living in small island Malta in the south of Europe. My aim is to find country where i can settle and work. English is my second language it's not perfect but i am impoving every day. Can you tell me what are the possibilities to find job and get work,imigrations visa ? What are my options?
