Can somebody help me in knowing the possibility of reopening of a rejected application.
My application to Quebec is rejected due to delay in sending the results of TEF.The delay was due to delayed receipt of test results from Paris by test centre.Another reason being that the day results were received, our region was severely affected by Cyclone.Due to which there was some more delay.
Explaining the reasons for delay, a letter was taken from TEF test centre director and sent to immigration office along with the TEF results requesting to consider my case.
I would like to know from you that if it is possible of reopening a file once closed
