Possibility for the immigration of a person after 45 years age

hey all. I really wanted my parents to migrate to Canada (ontario region) but I looked at Express entry and found that after 45 age, the points become 0. My dad is turning 50, has been a university lecturer for a decade and has MBA from US.
Is there any other way of immigrating other than express entry, please let me know. Thanks

Assuming you are a PR or citizen although not clear based on your other posts maybe Parents sponsorship ?

Agree, sponsorship is his only option if you are a PR/citizen. He’ll probably never be able to qualify through economic immigration (Express Entry, PNP) because his career is not in demand.
