Can a international student enter in Canada from any port. Means other then province where my university is situated. REASON is i need to quarantine at my relative place who lives in other province

Are you flying into Canada and are you fully vaccinated? Where you land first is your port of entry.
You relative has a separate suite or basement unit for you to quarantine in? Otherwise, your relatives have to quaratine with you. (can't leave their home)
