If you are asking if your ticket will be considered at the port of entry... Then I really dont think they will.. Its your visa that matters. Not the place you bought ticket from.
It does not matter which city you land first in Canada.
Which ever city you land in Canada first, you will get your study permit there. It should be no problem at all!
