Police Verification-Express Entry

HI,
What all documents should we keep ready before creating Express entry Profile? And is it only after ITA we should get our police verification done?

I am living in Singapore for the past 3 years.I have lived in Chennai max no of years and in Manchester ,UK for 9 months.From where all should I get my PC.

For EE profile creation (to be in the pool) you just need IELTS score with TRF # and the ECA report number.

For PR application (later) shall need PCCs for all these three locations. For past lived locations you can start collecting the PCCs right about now...For current country of residence PCC should not be more than 6 months old at the time of applying for PR whenever that is.
