Police report and Birth Certificates for wife

Do I need to provide Police reports for OINP and Birth Certificates for wife? There is nothing on the instructions.

Never got a PNP invitation but as long as you can provide say a passport and police certificates that should suffice.

OINP app does not require PCCs. Birth certificate required of principal applicant only, although no harm in including spouse's birth certificate if at hand. I hope this helps. Best wishes to you.
