Police Records From Multiple States (USA), and Countries

Good Day to Everyone,

I am working on a common-law sponsorship and I have lived in the United States (California, New York, and Georgia) and I have also lived in Italy.

Do I need police certificates from each US State that I have lived in as well as an FBI Identity History Summary or is the FBI paperwork alone enough?

I was in the US Military stationed in Italy and I am wonderfing if I need an Italian Certificate and an additional military overseas certificate?

Thank you for the help. Of course, like everyone on this site, I want to cross my "t's" and dot my "i's" as best as possible.

FBI PCC is enough unless they specifically ask for state ones. I've lived in 2 states and only had to submit the FBI PCC. I cannot advise whether you need the military one but I can't see why you would not need an italian one since you lived there.
