Police clearances for Spouses

My husband has been in the states since 2008 , which will be more than 5 yrs at the time of my application .does he still have to submit PCC from home country (India) apart from the FBI Clearance ?

if he manages to get EITHER one of them but not both at the time of application , how will that delay the processing times?

PCCs from every county is required where one has stayed for more than 6 months after attaining the age of 18yr. PCCs can be submited later on while your application is in process if you dont want to hold your application for PCCs.
