Same here. I need a Letter of Request from CIC for a police clearance in Japan. The CIC procedure says that a letter of request will be sent upon submission of the Application for Permanent Residence.
However, when we received our letter advising us to take our Medical exam and submit the additional Japan Police Clearance, CIC failed to provide a letter of request for said document.
I already emailed CIC for the request letter but I have not received a reply as of yet. Can someone provide provide any advice regarding this matter. Thanks in advance.
