Hello Experts,

I have quick questions:

I am sending my application for PCC to Vancouver BLS. It is very clear on their website that we need to make a money order of $44.40 inclusive of all charges to process the application.
The only thing which is unclear is to return my PCC when it is done. Do I need to make the same money order of $44.40 for returning my PCC when it is done. What are the courier charges for return, how do I know that?

Can some experts who have done this process, please elaborate and help me here.

You should call BLS Vancouver number and ask them that you want to send you PCC application and for the same you want to generate the Courier labels. They will ask for your passport number and address and will give you two payment links, one for Pickup and another for dropoff. Purolator guy will pick it from your address and will deliver pcc to you when the process is done.
