police clearance required- Please help urgent

Hi Users,
I am selected for a job, employer already doing a background check. Now additionally requires a police clearance certificate from India, as i was residing there. While applying for PCC, the CG of India needs a valid Pr. I am unlikely to travel outside so shall apply for renewal next year before travel. Experts kindly drop in. Thank you ..

I am not much of an expert, but the CGIVancouver and cgiToronto only ask for Valid Immigration papers.

Attach the following:
-> Passport Indian
-> PR Card whether expired or not
-> COPR/IMM5292 aka Landing papers.
-> if you are on work permit then current copy that you have because if you have already applied and the papers havent reached you it is still called implied status.

COPR/landing paper dose not expire.

and do send them an e-mail requesting info. and if possible show up there (showing up there still work wonders as I heard).
