How to obtain a Police clearance report from Islamabad Pakistan? I am based in Kuwait and have no blood relations living in Islamabad.

This is what I did recently to obtain Police Clearance from Islamabad, Pakistan whilst based in Kuwait.Gogia said:
1. Took a print out of Police Clearance report from islamabadpolice website
2. Filled the form and signed.
3. Made a 'To Whomsoever It May Concerned' letter in the name of someone who would get the character certificate on my behalf.
4. Attestation of this Affidavit from the Embassy of Pakistan in Kuwait
5. Attached 3 photographs, copies of passport, Nadra ID Card & Kuwait ID Card.
All these have been sent out to person in Islamabad who has submitted these to the Office of SSP in Islamabad.
