I want to know that do we need to have marriage certificate handy in order to get PCC done. I got married last month and marriage certificate will probably take about another month as it is not registered yet. Ontario does take time.
I will become illegible in April to reach the cut off but i want to get done with PCC before hand as my wife as well. We both are on work permit as of now and If I become primary applicant and put my wife as accompany we will be getting score about 470 in April.
Also Can I just go walk in at Consulate General of India In Toronto to get it done or I need to apply online.
