My friend just received her police clearance from the Philippines (NBI) and they misspelling her street address in Canada. She's been trying to contact CIC, but it's seriously impossible for her to stay on the line due to work. I figured I'd ask here if anyone had any experience with his. I figure she would need to get another clearance as anything submitted with errors would be refused? Any guidance would be welcomed. Thank you.
