POLICE CLEARANCE HELP!!!

it says in that i have to get a clearance for every country that i stayed at for at least 6 months.

does it mean 6 months straight?

I took a chinese program in china for 4 months, then went back to manila for 2 weeks, then decided to take the part 2 of the program for another 4 months. do i have to get the clearance still even if i left china after 4 months?

yes, it means 6 months straight.

i'm from the uk, but i've lived and worked in korea since 2006, therefore i had to have 2 clearances. however i've also had extended periods of stay in canada during that time (no more than 3 months at any one time) but i didn't need a police clearance from canada.
