Hi everyone,

I have stayed in US between 2007-2009 to have my MBA. Now I have moved back to my country and most likely to recieve ITA soon with CRS at 462. I have reviewed Police Clearance request form, but there are some questions in my mind. Do I still have to get clearance? It asks for Social Security number but I did not have one since I was a student. Can I still ask for clearance without social security? I would be happy if someone lets me know. Thanks.

You would need a police clearance from US as you stayed there more than six months.
As far as no SSN, you can try calling FBI call center (There is a number on that same page where you get info on identity history) to clarify on how you can go about applying without one.
Good luck!!

You don't need a SSN to get a PCC from the FBI. You may leave that field blank if you don't have one.

You can find instructions on how to get a FBI PCC here

That's true. You don't need SSN. You can leave the form blank. Just make sure to write down your name exactly as you used on your US student visa. That's how they are going to locate your profile in their database along with your other credentials. Other suggestion, start this process ASAP as they take a lot of time to respond. Most than other countries I know or got PC from. For me they took approx 3-4 months. Good luck!

yes you can
I did it for my FBI record. I was a Int Student in U.S. without being issued a SSN
just fill in as much as information you can
SSN is not necessary

btw I recommend you using a credit card form to make payment so you can see when FBI charges you.
