Police Clearance from Libya

Hello,

Has anybody been able to receive immigration to Canada without PCC from Libya.
I received a letter from Libyan Embassy saying that there are unusual delays but they never denied it that it cannot be issued.

Please advice.

Hi,

well write to cic and tell them what you have been told by the libyan embassy,provide the email or letter you have received from the embassy as a proof that you are still waiting for it,im pretty sure cic understand these kind of situations and co-operate well with applicants.
