I am married but I have filed alone hoping that I will file for my spouse and kids once I get my PR. My CRS score is 435 and I am planning to get my police clearance certificates while I wait to get picked for ITA.
I have a few questions if someone would be kind enough to shed some light.
1) Do I need to have police clearance certificate for my spouse even if she is not in the application?
2) I am Indian living in USA. Should I start working on my FBI clearance or should I wait till my i get an ITA. I have read somewhere that the FBI clearance is only valid for 6 months and I am not sure if I will get an ITS till then.
3) How long does it take to get the FBI clearance?
