Hi, I am applying for Police Clearance check for India. There is a question in "Police Clearance Reference form"; the question is "period of stay in ndia", what do I write for that?

When were you in India?
 
I have been living in Canada for 5 years now. I visited India only one for two weeks after moving to Canada. Should I include that? or should I just mention the years I stayed before moving to Canada?
 
You mention all the times you were there. You need the police check to over all periods of your time in India.
 
I applied for an Indian PCC in the UK through VFS. This question was not asked. I have been living in the UK since 2010 and have visited India on holidays.
