Dear folks, This is my first post. I have been silently reading though a ton of useful information you all shared here, which has really helped so far. I am one of the lucky ones whose score is within the cutoff for the March 1st Draw and I am really excited.

I do have a question for you all here and would appreciate any kind of insightful information. I currently am in US and have been in the States for over past 12years. I have already got a PCC from FBI here in the US. Now do I also need to get a police clearance from my home country which left 12 years ago?

Please advise

CRS - 440

Yes if you've spent more than 6 months in total in such country since the age of 18.

Hi del peiro, I am resident of two countries and obtained a Pcc and revisited that 2nd country, would i have to get a new one ?

Write a letter of explanation. As long as both are less than 6 months old, you should be OK.

Yes I am considering same however others saying you need new pcc as that's not your current residence, however in order to get my new pcc I would have to go into that country . confusing as shit..
