Police Clearance Certificates for Australia , UK , USA

HI All,

I am an Indian Resident, currently living in Mumbai, India. I have recently received an ITA (yippeeee ;D) and beginning with the looong process of further documentation.

Unfortunately, I will have to get the PCC's from India, Australia, UK & USA, since i've stayed in all these countries.

I would welcome any suggestions for getting these PCC's .. I am already a little scared thinking about it !!

The USA PCC takes more than 60 days, as mentioned on the website.. that leaves me with little extra room !

• Does anyone know where can I find the authorised fingerprint scanners for the FBI PCC ?
  

• Also, do I need to get the fingerprints for Australian PCC?

Australia details here and gets complicated if you lived in Queensland or Victoria http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/australia.asp
