Police Clearance Certificate

I want to apply for PCC for another country,where I have lived for one day lesser than completion of 6 months. Although my document checklist don't request PCC other than India but I am suspecting, visa officer will ask it later. I still have 30 days left to upload my documents.

To apply for PCC I need letter from CIC, in this case shall I wait If CIC ask or otherwise how can I get the letter from CIC?

You can do a paragraph about that situation in a letter of explanation. You can say what you explained above and that your would have voluntarily attached a PCC from that country, but that they require a letter. Finish the paragraph by saying something like "Should you require a police clearance certificate from [country], I would be grateful if you could provide me with a request letter that I may forward to [country]'s authorities in order for them to issue the police certificate". Or something along those lines.
