My wife's Ukrainian police report was issued in 27th November 2017 (7 months plus before we submitted and got AOR). My wife didnt return to ukraine since she left i 2011. We are IP1 stage now. Is the PCC considered valid? The expiry period isn't stated in IRCC portal.

Yes it's valid as it's dated after she left the country

I got to IP1 within 16 days of AOR.
Does that mean I will be able to get PR in less than 2 months?
