Presently I'm working with a company which is based in lucknow but im not living in there as my core profession is industrial sales and i live in delhi for most of the time as most of the work is here. i dont have any adress in lucknow. so is it mandatory to get pcc from lucknow also as my company is based in lucknow?

You need PCC only when you have physically lived in that place for 6 months or more.
It has nothing to do with where the company is based on.
 
And, also you need PCC for two different countries, if you have lived in different 'country'.
In your case, both of your cities are in one country, India, only.
So you need only one PCC.
