I submitted my application at CIO without PCC. now how and when i submit it?
and in my application ,my wife and my two kids are include who is 3 years older.
You can either submit your PCC to your chosen visa office after your file has been transferred there (accompanied by a letter quoting your file number) or wait till they send you an additional documents request once they start processing your file.
