Police Clearance Certificate

I have prepared all my documents required for application except police cleaance report from the uzbekistan.The dead line is 9th August.Now I am in confusion that what to do..shall I applied explaining the problem to obtain PCC from Uzbekistan. Please suggest me...and is it possible to send the PCC in later stage.Please suggest me.

I think you shud send ur docs before the deadline and explain that u will send that clearance a bit later...
