Hi there! Received my pcc today from Athens dated October 1st. Hopefully our application will be sent around mid December. Will that be okay or should I request for it again later on? Does it only need to be valid for the Rome office?

it needs to be received by CIC within 90 days. Generally, that means as soon as the entire package is acknowledged as received in mississauga (for outland), not the visa office. There's no guarantee the visa office won't request an updated one down the road. generally if the original one was received within 90 days, there is no issue.

Thank you for your reply. I think I will apply for another one again mid November to be on the safe side.
