Police clearance certificate is 6 months old

Hi Guys
My file came back on October 24th,2014 saying the cap was already filled.Now since score came down already I am hoping to File PR in month or two. My question is I got my police clearance certificate in September 2014.To apply under express entry do I have to get new PCC or I can apply with same one.

Yes... The old one is now out of date.

even if thats not the case, who has the courage to try sending without latest docs.
