I am currently studying in Canada I need my police clearance certificate to be renewed. However I am currently not in Bangladesh can I get it from Bangladeshi embassy in Canada or should i get it from Bangladesh but problem is that i can't visit Bangladesh but I need to resubmit my PPC certificate within 2 weeks if i send someone with letter of authorization will it will be accepted? and what is the format i should use?
