Police Certs for paper-based BCPNP PR applcation

Hey all,

For express entry you can submit expired police certs, as long as you haven't re-entered those countries. Is this the same for the paper-based BC PNP PR application? I can't seem to find info on it.

Also, do you have to include a Canadian one? For express entry i know you don't.
