I am sponsoring my spouse who has no dependent children. the checklists says regarding police certificates "you (the principal applicant), and any family members 18 or older (who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents), must submit police certificates from the following countries..." . Does this mean that he has to provide police certificates for his parents as well?
