I would appreciate is if anyone can advise on the characteristics of a police certificate which is not issued in English.
I understand it must be translated to English, but I am wondering if this shall be stamped as well from the ministries of justice and foreign affairs in my home country or just a translation is required and an affidavit of the translator in charge.
