Police certificates

Hey!

I am wondering how many people are submitting their police certs with the original submission? I know this used to be the way to do it, but with the changes they are asking you to hold off until requested. BUT I keep reading on this site of technical glitches and applicants not receiving the request to upload their PCC or SA and thus their application is being delayed by months! I have got all the international police certificates, just not the RCMP one. Should I hold off my application submission to get the RCMP check and submit them all upfront to avoid possible delays?

you can submit your pcc with your submittion. But I did not submit it with my application and now they are asking for me to submit it.
