Dear All,

I have lived in a country for 6 years- from 15 -21 years old.

Do I have to get a police certificate for the whole period that I lived in that country(AKA since 15 Y.O) or since I turned 18? Cuz usually police certificates mention a from-to date.

Please your advise

Hi,

You need to get PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) from the country where you have lived more than 6 months.

It is applicable to you , spouse and dependents over 18 yrs.

There is no date / period specify on the Certificate and its not required also.

Thanks coolguy but this country specifies the period cuz it is not my home country so they should specifiy the period.

If they specify , it would be fine with you.

Make sure that the period in application is matching with PCC period.

Yes , you should do the police report . even if you are far fro this country now , you can apply through its embassy from the country you are living now.

Thanks
