Hi, I just read somewhere that you need a police certificate for any country you lived for 6 months or above after you turned 18. I’m just seeking some clarification. Is this the actually position? I was in the UK in 2016 to study for about a year. Does this mean I need to get a police certificate from the UK and from Nigeria as well as I currently reside in Nigeria.

Yes, you will need the PCC from UK (if you stayed there for more than 6 months at a stretch) and Nigeria.
