Police certificate Validity for Express Entry Application

I'd like to seek your help on the validity of police clearance certificate. Below is some information about my case:

I had created myCIC profile in April 2019 and had submitted it on Sep 2019. I have recently received ITA from IRCC and am collating all the documents required for submission. I had applied for and secured the police clearance certificates from all the countries around April / May 2019 time-frame. Also, I have been living in United States for the last 4-5 years now.

Question: Will the police certificates back in April /May 2019 be considered valid for submission? If not, do I need to re-apply for the police clearance certificate for even other countries where I lived prior to 2015 or I just need to re-apply for United States?

If you have certificates issued from countries where you haven't lived for for 6 months or longer after they certificates were issued there is no need to get new ones.

For instance, if you lived in France until 2014 for a period of 3 years and you have a certificate issued in 2017, it is still valid. Even if it had an expiration date.

If you have a US certificate issued almost a year ago, and you're still living there, you should get a new one since more than six months have passed since it was issued and you've lived there for at least 6 additional months after it was issued.
